Adventures at Camp Seale Harris

This weekend we had so much fun at Camp Seale Harris. It is a camp for children who are diabetic and this was our 3rd time to go. It was so nice to be together as a family and meet other families who are in the same situation as we are. The kids go on adventures with college age diabetic counselors while the parents have sessions to learn about new research and talk to other parents.
The boys got to ride ponys, go fishing, ride a zipline, play on the playground, cimb rock walls, carve pumpkins and hike on the trails. They also had a big carnival with games where the kids could wear their costumes. Nathaniel even made a new girlfriend, the little fairy in the pic with him. She is 3 weeks older than him. She followed him everywhere. It was so cute.
The boys were very proud of their pumpkins and Nathaniel even tried to eat his!
Overall it was a refreshing, relaxing weekend and we are tired but still rejuvenated.
