This morning we had a fabulous time at Mamaw and Pop's house! We decided to have a brunch this year instead of a big lunch and it was awesome. Everyone brought breakfast foods and it was so nice because there was not a lot of clean up and the food was great. Mamaw and Pop got each kid a basket with candy, a book, and a gift card to Dairy Queen! Yum!
After brunch we played bean bags and badmitten and swung on the hammac while Aunt Amber and Uncle Brad hid all of the eggs in the front yard. Each kid had their own color egg so it made it more fair since they had 12 eggs each to find and they were located in difficulty according to their age. They had a lot of fun hunting them and Eli even found the golden egg this year that had a $10 bill! He was so excited!! Aubrey had a hard time finding his since his color was green and they blended in with the background but he finally found the last one! Nate enjoyed eating more than finding. He had 10 out of 12 eggs empty by the time the hunt was over! (Tummy ache on the way!) Overall they had a blast and are now ready to head to the Carnival at Daddy's school!
