The boys had a great time at their 1st Bama game. This was part of their birthday gift this year. We checked them out of school a little early and drove over to spend the day in Tuscaloosa. We got to watch the walk of champions and see Mark Ingram and Aubrey even got a high five from McElroy. He was so excited. We walked all over campus & ate at Little Italy's Pizzeria. We went into the stadium and watched the warmup. Alabama killed Georgia State 63-7 which was to be expected but it made Aubrey's day to see his team scoring over and over! He sang and jumped and danced and waved his hat in the air during the whole game. The highlight for Eli was the funnel cake and he got sugar everywhere! He had a good time but was passed out in Daddy's arms by the end of halftime. The not fun part was the cold 2 mile walk back the car with 2 sleepy kids and the horrible traffic. We did not get home until midnight and we passed out! It was a fun day and we look forward to taking Nate along next year! Roll Tide!
