Whew! This week was Spring Break and boy have we been busy! After our wedding/beach trip we came home and got busy. I had 2 papers due so I have been working on those. My Superhero husband has managed to accomplish a ton this week and has kept the kids out of my hair as well. We did get to go to the park and fly kites and the boys got to ride their new bikes. Nate enjoyed skipping rocks in the pond and playing on the slides etc.
Here are all of the tough jobs that my sweet husband conquered this week:
1)Cleaned out the garage. (now we can get from one car to the other w/o tripping on bikes!)
2)Repainted the whole front porch, the swing, and the rockers.
3)Mowed the front and back yard and sprayed for weeds.
4)Dug up all of our garden areas and put in new mulch.
5)Planted flowers and knock-out roses
6)Hung a new American flag!
6)Took the van and had it cleaned out and washed (with the boys in tow so I could do my paper.)
During all of that he managed to keep the boys happy at the zoo, planting, and he even made homemade funnel cakes with them! What a guy.
We also had dentist, doctor and vet appts. all week. Everyone has clean teeth, is well, and is ready to get back into a routine! (Especially Daddy! :))
