Brent's birthday fell on Father's Day this year so we decided to celebrate on Saturday. Both of our parents came over and we opened gifts and ate ice cream cake. He got a Wii fit, a camping stove and money for camping cots. The boys had a blast playing in the boxes etc. Nate picked Daddy's cake. He wanted ice cream cake so Nate picked a cake in the shape of a giant M & M which is his favorite snack! It was pretty good!
That evening the boys went to the grandparents house and I took Brent on a birthday date. We went to eat at Cajun Steamer which was delicious but way to much fried food!We then went to Alabama Adventure for the Mercy Me concert. We have season passes so it was free! It was an awesome concert and very Christ centered. I love their music!
Then after church today his parents took us out to eat for his Birthday so we got to celebrate again! Overall he had a busy but great 38th birthday!
