We went to Target tonight for the annual National Night Out. This was our first year to go but apparently it is a night that is celebrated everywhere to allow families and children to see the equipment and vehicles that are used by the Fire Department, Police, FBI, Rescue and Military. The boys had a blast sitting in all of the vehicles and really enjoyed the helicopter. They even got to sit in the back of a Paddy wagon! Target gave out free hot dogs, chips and cookies and McDonald's gave out free ice cream coupons. It was very hot but the boys had fun with Grandma and Grandpa. We ended the night with some ice cream cones from McDonald's which melted all over the boys! :)It has been a fun Summer!
