On Wednesday Aubrey's 1st grade class got to go on a field trip to Old Baker Farm to pick out a tree for their classroom. I went along as a chaperone and the kids had a blast! They got to go on a hayride, listen to a story about how Christmas trees grow, have apple cider and candy canes, eat lunch in the barn loft on hay bales, and pick out a tree for their classroom. They ended up with a pretty tree which all of the kids got to carry together out to the truck. The lady in sunglasses is Cindy Hutter, Aubrey's teacher. She is awesome!
